1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how YieldForge, provided by FOOD COFFEE FREEDOM LLC (USA), handles information when you use its offline batch production planning application. YieldForge helps you organize materials, product formulas, batch quantities, production checklists, costs, yields, and reports. It does not require a user account or sign-in.
2. INFORMATION YOU ENTER AND STORE
You may enter material names and units, stock reference quantities, unit prices, formula names and ingredients, product categories, selling-price estimates, production targets, batch output, accepted quantities, actual material use, checklist status, dates, and notes. The application stores these records in its local Room database on your device. It also stores simple settings, including theme, selected display region, and onboarding completion, in local Android preferences. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into free-text fields.
3. DATA COLLECTION, NETWORK USE, AND SHARING
The current version does not request the Android INTERNET permission and does not use a remote account service, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, cloud database, or automatic synchronization. The app does not automatically transmit your production records to FOOD COFFEE FREEDOM LLC or to third-party servers. Your locally entered records are not accessed by the developer through the app. When you deliberately export, share, or email information using another application, that action is under your control and the receiving service may process the information according to its own privacy policy.
4. HOW THE APP USES LOCAL INFORMATION
The information you enter is processed on your device to scale formulas, calculate estimated material costs and batch totals, record production results, calculate accepted-yield percentages, display history, and generate reports. Pricing and profit-related figures are organizational estimates derived from user-entered values; they are not financial advice, guaranteed results, or payment processing.
5. DOCUMENT EXPORTS AND BACKUPS
You may use Android's system document picker to save CSV reports, PDF summaries, or JSON workspace backups, and to select a JSON backup to restore. Exported files can include the material, formula, price, note, and batch details you entered. These export and backup files are not separately password-protected or encrypted by YieldForge. You choose their location and are responsible for securing and deleting copies. If you choose a cloud storage provider as the file destination, that provider may process the file under its own terms; YieldForge does not independently upload it. Restoring a backup replaces the current local workspace after confirmation.
6. DEVICE ACCESS AND PERMISSIONS
The application uses standard Android file-selection and document-creation interfaces when you choose to import, export, or back up data. It does not request broad file storage, camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, or phone-call permissions. No permission is requested for advertising or tracking. Device-level access rules and protection of files depend on Android and on the storage location you select.
7. SUPPORT EMAIL AND COMMUNICATION
If you select Contact Support, the app prepares an email to admin@foodcoffeefreedom.site through an installed email application. Nothing is sent until you review and send the message yourself. If you contact FOOD COFFEE FREEDOM LLC, the company may receive the email address, message contents, and any information or files you decide to include. Such correspondence is used to respond to your request and manage related support records; your email provider handles delivery under its own privacy terms. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence using the contact address below, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your in-app records remain stored locally until you edit or delete them, clear the app's workspace or application data, or uninstall the app. App-level automatic cloud backup is disabled in the current Android configuration. Removing the application does not automatically remove CSV, PDF, or JSON files you previously exported to other locations; delete those separately using the relevant file manager or storage provider. You can delete individual records where the app provides that action, or use Settings > Clear Workspace to remove workspace data. Clearing the workspace is permanent unless you have a separate backup.
9. SECURITY
The current version relies on Android application sandboxing and device-level protections for its local database and preferences. It does not claim end-to-end encryption, app-level password protection, or separately encrypted export files. Keep your device secure and avoid sharing sensitive production records or backups with untrusted applications or people.
10. CHILDREN AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
YieldForge is a general productivity tool for production planning, not a service directed to children. The app does not intentionally request payment card numbers, banking credentials, identity documents, health records, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not add these details to descriptions or notes.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be revised when application capabilities, data handling, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be reflected in the in-app policy and, when published, the developer's public privacy-policy page.
12. CONTACT AND PRIVACY QUESTIONS
